packers
and movers bangalore Moving into a new place is
fun and exciting... except for having to unpack. When I bought my first house,
I couldn't wait to make the place my own. I wanted to paint the walls, add
wallpaper, hang my photos, and unpack. However, unpacked boxes began to sit for
a couple of days, then a couple of weeks, which turned into months (and maybe a
year).
Thank goodness our new home
had a storage shed in the back yard to place all of the items I still wanted to
keep, yet I did not want to unpack. I just wasn't quite ready to give up on all
of my collections of art and book reports since first grade.

have the luxury of placing all of their extra items into a storage shed in the
back yard. Or, they don't have the extra space in their home or business to
store those "unplaceable but I still want to keep it" type of items.
I'm even a great labeler, so it's not like I didn't know exactly what was in
every box.
It came down to a couple of
choices

items for recyclables, trashing, and those that can be donated. My mom told me
a good motto for sorting through clothing. If you haven't worn it in over a year,
donate it. Even though this can be quite difficult (especially for a pack rat
who puts sentimental value on everything), the one year rule has allowed me to
sort through my clothing and other items.
For those childhood items
that belong to you, or your kid, make a scrap book out of treasured
photographs, essays, and projects. If the project wasn't a paper, but rather a
huge, 3d model of a volcano, take a couple of pictures. Make an awesome
scrapbook page out of the photos. This is a great way to still keep the
memories without all the clutter.
Choice 2: This can, and
should be, combined with Choice 1. After sorting through any items that can be
donated, thrown away, or recycled, it's time to store it in a safe place.
Whether you have a classic vehicle that you are looking to store in an outdoor
storage facility or you have massive amounts of boxes and furniture you need a
secure, self storage facility in which to store these items.
Self storage facilities
range from climate controlled, indoor storage, outdoor storage, and various
different sizes. Just pick the one that best fits your items, so that they are
securely kept, without the harsh climate ruining anything.
No matter which choices you
choose for unpacking, packing, moving, or storing, it's important to keep up
with old and new items. The new year is a great time for going through and
sorting items.
